Does invisible children ship internationally?
Yes, please call the office to place international orders other than Canada.

How long does it take to process an order?
It generally takes 24 hours to process an order. If the order is placed over the weekend it will ship out the next business day.

Is express shipping available?
Yes, but only on phone orders as shipping rates change case to case on expedited shipments.

How true to size are the t-shirts?
The men’s shirts run standard, just like any other adult tee. The women’s shirts run about one size small because they are a women’s fitted t-shirt.

When I ordered a Bracelet Subscription why did I only get one bracelet?
We release a new bracelet once every two months. You will get all of the available bracelets when you place your order and the rest will follow as they are released.
