Tell People:
Yes, much like you and i, we take lives for granted. These Children, have no home, food, water or even the basic neccessity to properly function their daily lives. If i could, and will get my mates to attend one of the hopeful funraiser to Invisible Children, it will hopefully inspire them to do the same.
Story:
Well, as you know my name is Lan Trinh, 19yrs old and currently studying Criminal Justice Studies in RMIT Univserity, Melbourne. How i came upon your documentary was through my tutor in my International Human Rights/ Law class. Just recentlly in our lecture, we watched a documentary about a group of American teenagers, that is Invisible Children film makers, who visited a war torn civil country, Uganda, and followed a group of African children in their daily lives. Of course, your documentary was well delivered. Many were in tears, particualrly myself. I do praise and immensely respect the effort this organization has made to help these children. I congratulate you further because of the big difference you've made in such little time. What i'm trying to say is, after watching your film, it has made much impact on me, Today i bought your dvd, and i signed up with my tutor to promote the Invisible Children. I will soon be meeting with my local City Council and Mayor of Knox to discusss, if it possible, to create a fund raiser and all donation will be immediately transferred to your organisation. I also promise to make effort with High Schools, local communities, and Churches to help and raise as much money as possible, This of course will take time.
